标题: 純計件員工的加班費如何計算?
我們公司目前有純計件的員工,但是客戶審廠的時候說未能按勞動法支付加班費,請問如何才能使這些員工在不改變純計件的工种下達到客戶審廠的要求,如有類似情況的<span class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%C5%F3%D3%D1">朋友</span>們一起討論一下.謝謝!!

计件是可以的,但是加班费算起来非常麻烦,所以现在验厂都是用小时计算工资

<p>按照我国《劳动法》的规定,必须满足两个条件,首先,劳动者完成了计件定额任务,其次,超出了国家规定的每周40个小时之工作时限。<br />计件加班费的计算基数是是法定工作时间下的计件单价,如果员工完成了计件定额任务,工厂又安排他延长工作时间的话,工厂应该分别按照不低于他本人法定工作时间计件单价的150%(平常加班)、200%(周末加班)、300%(法定假日加班)支付酬劳。</p><p>最科学的工资算法是计时加计件,不但可以保证动作慢的劳动者的利益,也可以提高积极性高的员工的利益,但算起来非常之麻烦,只有极少企业采用计件算法或计时与计件结合算法。</p>

应该也是分别以1.5倍、2倍和3倍的比率来计算吧

6楼说符合ICTI要求,但计件工资里并没有计算加班工资,只是高于最低计时工资。我认为还是有问题。

<p>这个要看你的劳动合同签的是计时和计件。</p><p>如果签的是计时,上述算法是没有问题的。ICTI和其他CSR体系包括COC验厂都接受。</p><p>但如果签的是计件,则上述算法不正确,需按相关劳动法规计算,即1.5、2、3倍单价计算。但这种计算方法很是麻烦,特别是对多品种小批量的企业几是无法实行。</p>
