<p>这种特殊的情况特殊处理吧。</p><p>1、 9月份按全勤给,年休3天</p><p>2、10月份给国庆3天工资,1天中秋工资,1天年休工资</p><p>3、由于该工人需要请假3个月,所有的工资建议发放现金;</p><p>4、考虑到该工人已经参加保,在工人没有回来参加工作前,所有社保费用照支付,并在现金工资里面逐月扣除社保费用;</p><p>5、如果工人未能在3个月后回来参加工作,按自离处理;所有剩余工资在补助各月公司已支出的社保费用后,保留1年,待工人自己回来签领,如果剩余工资不足则不再做其他处理。</p><p>希望能帮到你。</p>

<p>1,因为9.29和10.4调了,9月份年休3天是合理的。</p><p>2,10月份给3天国庆假工资,1天年休工资。</p><p>3,我认为中秋工资应在9月份支付。(和JOHNZ 版主意见略有不同)。</p><p></p>

<p>非常感谢两位。</p><p>我现原做法是,9月份除了全勤外,多补一天工资,10月份还是正常休5天。</p><p>不知是否可行?</p>

补充:10月份,加上国庆,共休8天,当然都是有薪的。

<p>[em140]如果硬要9月出中秋假工资,则做如下改变:</p><p>1、 9月份按全勤给,年休2天(28日周五当中秋补假)</p><p>2、10月份给国庆3天工资,2天年休工资(刚好一周)</p><p>3、由于该工人需要请假3个月,所有的工资建议发放现金;</p><p>4、考虑到该工人已经参加保,在工人没有回来参加工作前,所有社保费用照支付,并在现金工资里面逐月扣除社保费用;</p><p>5、如果工人未能在3个月后回来参加工作,按自离处理;所有剩余工资在补助各月公司已支出的社保费用(公司支出部分)后,保留1年,待工人自己回来签领,如果剩余工资不足则不再做其他处理。</p>

<p>呵呵,这个方法不错。</p><p>提前休了,最好还是出个通知,要不涉及到停工待料啥的也是麻烦。</p>

[em140] 哪个这是特殊案例,只是年假单写清楚那几天是属于年假即可。
