Main Responsibilities: 
 -Leads the assigned team to achieve KPIs；管理所属审核员达到公司各项评估指标；
 -Reviews team member’s audit report and audit files to monitor their quality of report, audit files and field work; 审阅所属审核员审核报告，审核文档以其监督报告及现场工作质量；
 -Engages in integrity education to all assigned auditors, monitors and manages integrity status of the assigned team, to minimize and eliminate BV’s risk of integrity.  负责所属所有员工的廉政教育，监督及管理以将BV风险降至最低甚至消除。
-Communicates integrity issues to N+1/N+2 or Integrity Manager in a timely manner. 及时向上级经理或廉政经理报告与廉政相关的事件。
 -Reviews staff time and expense reports for completeness and reasonableness-identifying discrepancies as applicable. 审阅所属审核员的工时报告及费用报销确保其完整性和合理性­—识别报告的不符合点。
-Conducts regular on-site supervision to monitor on-site quality of the auditors and to ensure SOPs are strictly followed; 定期进行现场监督，保证审核员严格遵守工作指引；
 -Prepares annual performance evaluation for all applicable staff; 进行审核员年度评估；
 -Participates in internal training program sharing experience and perspective with other members; 参与内部培训，分享传达经验至所属组员；
 -Participates in CCR investigation; 参与投诉调查处理；
 -Conducts on-site audit and mystery visit; 进行现场审核及秘密访问；
 -Replies the inquiry regarding the visit performed by subordinate from internal and external clients; 有需要时，回复相关方有关审核的问题及咨询。
 - Accompanies client on special/pilot/shadow audits as required. 有需要时陪同客户进行特别的现场审核。

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Participates in new auditor’s recruitment process；参与新进人员招聘；
- Participates in the BV projects and work programs; 参与公司其他项目；
