ICTI Certification Application with Benchmarks
Benchmarks assists the client company to apply the ICTI certification. Client can successfully
get the ICTI certification if they pass the below criteria and audit processes.

Application and Audit Arrangement Procedure: a) Factory please e-mail (with fax confirmation) an enquiry to Benchmarks (E-mail address: info@benchmarks.com.hk, Fax: (852) 2384 8199) and provide name, the e-mail address and contact phone number of the Factory Representative regarding this enquiry. b) Benchmarks will e-mail attached Registration Form to the Factory representative for filling up. c) Benchmarks appoints a Client Manager and the Lead Auditor to take care your enquiry and also coordinated by our customer service executive. According to the returned Registration Form, Benchmarks e-mails a quotation to the Factory Representative. d) The Factory Representative and the Client Manager of Benchmarks shall negotiate and fix the fee discussion and finalize a contract about the exact date of the audit. e) The Lead Auditor will reconfirm the audit date with the Factory Representative 10 days before the agreed audit date. f) Corrective Action Plan and Audit Checklist will then be given to the audited factory. g) If follow-up audits are necessary, factory needs to implement corrective action plan and then send back to Benchmarks before they can be certified. h) After 30, 60, 90 days depending on each non-conformances of the audited factory, Benchmarks will conduct a follow-up audit. i) If the audited factory has corrected all the non-conformances, it will be then recommended by Benchmarks to certify ICTI and receive an ICTI certificate. In general, the ICTI certification process will be lasted for 6 weeks and our customer service executive will take care the whole certification progress. j) Surveillance audit is required to made once per year after obtaining the ICTI certificate. Date of annual audit should be unannounced and should take place before confirmation seal expiry date.
